At MySivi, we are dedicated to delivering a high-quality English-speaking practice experience for our users. This policy details the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds related to our MySivi app subscription service.
Once a Pro subscription is purchased (if not through the App Store or Play Store), it is non-cancellable, and no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the subscription. The subscription will automatically expire at the end of the subscription period.
We do not provide refunds for the MySivi Pro subscription service. Once a subscription has been purchased, it is non-refundable for any reason, including, but not limited to, technical issues or unavailability of co-learners.
We strive to connect users with co-learners for calling practice based on the selected filters; however, we cannot guarantee the availability of co-learners as it depends on their availability. If any technical issues are experienced by the user, the subscription period will be extended for the number of days it takes to resolve the issue. Refunds are not provided once a Pro plan is purchased.
If you believe there was an error with your subscription or a billing discrepancy, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will investigate the matter and work to resolve it promptly. In cases where technical issues on our side affect your subscription, we will extend your subscription duration accordingly.
