End-User License Agreement (EULA)

PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. BY USING MySivi Learn & Speak English ("THE APP"), YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS.
1. License Grant
Subject to your compliance, Ninjasalary, Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for personal purposes.
2. Subscriptions
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly/annual) unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.
Payment: Charges will be applied to your Apple ID account. Pricing is displayed at purchase in the app.
Cancellation: Manage subscriptions via Apple ID Settings > Subscriptions. No refunds for unused periods.
Free Trials: Convert to paid subscriptions automatically unless canceled before trial ends.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree NOT to:
- Reverse-engineer or modify the App
- Use the App for illegal purposes
- Share accounts or subscription access
4. Intellectual Property
All App content (logos, text, graphics) is owned by Ninjasalary, Inc. and protected by copyright laws.
5. Termination
We may terminate your access for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, subscription fees will not be refunded.
6. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
7. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL NINJASALARY, INC. BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES EXCEEDING THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE LAST 6 MONTHS.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Check www.mysivi.ai/eula-agreement/ for updates.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Delaware, USA.
